During the holiday season, we put on a few unwanted 4-5 pounds. It is so easy to gain weight but so challenging to get the weight off. Now we decided to have weight loss-friendly meals.
Tonight we had sole fish for our dinner. Sole fish are especially beneficial for weight loss as they are low in calories but high in protein.
Also, sole fish is a good source of selenium, vitamin B12, phosphorus, and several other vitamins and minerals. It tastes excellent cooked with my recipe which is available upon request.
